My story
I started this journey because of my own struggles. I was always terrible with people, especially women. At 21 years old, still an unkissed virgin, I felt like I had to do something about it—or end it all. The loneliness was killing me.
To make matters worse, at 20, I began an experimental orthodontic treatment for reasons I might share later. It left me with huge gaps between my teeth, which didn’t help my confidence.

I knew I couldn’t just pause my life until my teeth were back to normal (the treatment was supposed to take around three years), so I decided to work on changing my life, even with this handicap.
So, I overcompensated. Most people in my situation might just download Tinder, get a few good photos, and start swiping. But not me—I went for the hardest option: cold approaching women on the street. That’s when I discovered that approaching strangers not only lets you meet amazing people, but it also teaches you how to talk to anyone.
You get endless chances to start conversations, try different things, see what works, and learn what doesn’t. You start seeing patterns and testing different theories.

Now, I have a girlfriend, but I still approach women almost daily for the thrill and the social benefits.
Note: Check out my article on how I approached 300 women and how it changed my life.
Since then, I reset my counter, and here’s my current approach heatmap:
This experience made me want to share a few things I’ve learned already—and bring you along for the ride.
So many people today struggle socially because our lives are filled with technology instead of face-to-face interactions. But if you develop even slightly above-average social intelligence, it’s like having a superpower. We’ve all seen it—the social butterfly who gets promoted at work over someone more hardworking, the average-looking guy with the beautiful girlfriend, or the guy who isn’t that smart but owns his own business and makes ten times more money than you.
These skills can help in every part of your life. If there are people involved, you’re in.

To keep myself accountable in becoming a better, more socially calibrated person who isn’t afraid of rejection.
And to inspire a few people along the way ❤️
